Privacy notice

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This notice explains how Team Signum handles information submitted through the Signara public website.

Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, work email, organization, role, area of interest, and message. Please provide only information needed to arrange a demonstration or discuss your organization’s requirements. Do not submit customer records, credentials, or real complaint narratives.

How we use inquiries

We store accepted inquiries so the team can review and respond to them, understand prospective users’ needs, and plan demonstrations or institutional discussions. Inquiry messages are not submitted to an AI model as part of the contact workflow.

Website operation

Hosting services process requests to deliver the website. Temporary technical identifiers may be used to limit spam and excessive submissions. The public product preview uses synthetic cases and predefined analysis; its controls keep changes only in the current page session.

Access and retention

Inquiries are intended for the team members handling product and institutional conversations. Contact the team to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been established.

Institutional data

This public demonstration is not an invitation to upload real financial complaint data. Production data handling, access controls, contractual terms, and security requirements must be assessed separately before an institutional deployment.

Contact

Use the contact form on the public website for questions about this notice or your submission. Include the email address used for your original inquiry, without adding sensitive information.
