Signara provides fraud complaint intelligence and operations software developed by Team Signum. This website provides product information and inquiries; the public dashboard is a synthetic demonstration.
Demonstration use
Use the public workspace only with synthetic demonstration cases. Do not submit customer information, credentials, confidential institutional records, or real financial complaint data. The public demonstration is not a production institutional workspace.
Human responsibility
AI outputs are recommendations that may be incomplete or incorrect. An authorized officer must verify source information, review the rationale, and decide any operational action. Signara does not autonomously determine fraud, block transactions, or file regulatory reports.
External systems
Draft escalation materials support manual preparation. The product has no live banking or regulatory integration. References to BI, OJK, DIGDAYA, or IASC do not imply endorsement, certification, approval, or a partnership.
Availability and institutional inquiries
Submitting a demonstration or institutional inquiry does not create an account, guarantee access, or establish a commercial agreement. Institutional use requires an agreed scope and a separate security and operational readiness assessment.
